Ethics to be followed during publication: Provided below are the JScholar journals publishing policies relating to the ethics: Policy for authors, plagiarism, republication, publication confidentiality


JScholar journals don't need all authors of an article to sign the letter of submission. Submission of an article to JScholar means that all the listed authors have accepted to all of the contents. The author who has submitted his/her article is answerable for having guaranteed that this agreement has been reached, and is responsible for managing all communication between the journal and all co-authors, prior and then afterward publication. Any modifications to the research article after submission, such as a change in priority of the authors, or the deletion or addition of authors, needs to be approved by a letter signed by every author.(The letter ought to be scanned and uploaded to the journal's online tracking system by the corresponding author, or can be sent in an email.)

Authors Supporting Tagline: Authors are required to write a tag line” in a research article that describes the support or contribution of every author.

Corresponding author responsibilities prior to publication: The corresponding author is the concerned person for communicating with the journal and with managing communication between coauthors. Prior to manuscript submission the corresponding author has to make sure that all the authors are included in the author list, its order has been accepted by all the authors and everyone should be aware that the research paper was submitted. During submission the corresponding author has to make sure from the authors that any part of the content in the manuscript from them has not been published anywhere else.

Corresponding author responsibilities after publication: The journal managing committee will be communicating with the corresponding author for queries about the published paper. It’s the corresponding author responsibility to inform to all the coauthors regarding all the communication that he/her is having with the managing committee. This author has to make sure that he is communicating on behalf of all coauthors. . The name and e-mail address of this author will be published in the paper.

Corrections in the paper: Authors of the concerned research paper can intimate to the journal committee regarding the changes or corrections that have to be done. Any corrections in the manuscript should be done with the notice of all authors concern.

Confidential Interaction: Confidentiality is maintained all over the communication that’s being made between the JScholar Editor of the journals and reviewers. No confidential files or data must be posted in any of the websites or otherwise publicized without prior permission from the editors, whether or not the submission is eventually published.

Plagiarism: The attempt made by an author to use/pass some ones work as his/her own. Self-plagiarism is when author uses some parts of his/her research work without giving exact references. This can lead to the publication of the research work for twice in different journals. It generally occurs when large data is being copy pasted from other sources. Such type of manuscripts cannot be considered for publication in JScholar.

Duplicate Publication: Research work submitted to JScholar should be apt should not have been published anywhere else. Authors submitting the paper who have related work consideration or in press elsewhere should upload a clearly marked copy at the time of submission, and draw the editors' attention to it in their cover letter.

In case if any part of the article is published previously it has to be intimated to the JScholar journal editor by specifying the details in the cover letter.

Confidentiality: Confidentiality is highly maintained by JScholar Editors about the submitted manuscript details and do not comment out to any other organizations when the manuscript is under the process of review or if it is rejected. Journal editors may speak out on the published articles but their comments are restricted to the content and the evaluation process.


Authors submitting articles to JScholar has to follow some bioethics when a research is carried on living organisms and Biosecurity.

Researches carried out on living amphibians, vertebrates or invertebrates should have been carried out with ethical guidelines and regulations. Sex and other characteristics that influence the results have to be described. For experiments involving human subjects, authors must recognize the committee favoring the researches, and should include with their submission a comment affirming that illuminated consent was acquired from all subjects.

Biosecurity: JScholar editors of the journal do not go through only the theoretical or experimental part of the research but also examines the paper which may raise any concerns or any ethical issues. Sometimes concerns may also rise from the society about the published paper which may include threat to security.


Introduction: The article submitted by the author will be peer reviewed by the editors of the concerned journal. Any questions about the peer review process have to be directed to the editor of the journal.

mportance for Publication: JScholar journals should maintain uniqueness for its acceptance and for the review process by the peer reviewers. The paper should have some general things to be followed:

  • Unique (Submitted manuscripts or abstracts will be rejected in order to maintain uniqueness.
  • Should draw the attention of scientists of that particular field.
  • Results shown should be accurate and new.
  • Should influence the thinking in field

Process of Reviewing: While submitting the manuscripts the research paper has to reach the expectations of the editorial board. Then only the manuscript will be sent to the formal review. In case of not attaining to the expected level editorial board will reject the paper without any external review.

Manuscripts that reach our readership standards are sent for formal review which will be reviewed by three to five reviewers. Based on the advice of reviewers the decision will be taken by the editor. Authors themselves can suggest any reviewers in order to review their article.

Peer Reviewers: We will be having a deep look into the selection process of peer reviewers. Taking different aspects into consideration peer reviewer will be selected. This may include expertise, affiliation, and experienced reviewers, reviewers suggested by the authors or editors. Reviewers of harsh kind and low communication will be avoided.

Reviewers Examination: It's the reviewer's feedback that plays an important role in accepting or rejecting the manuscript. If the article is appropriate it will be given approval to editor by the reviewer. In the case of rejection the reviewer need to give a clear explanation to the author about the reasons that intended him to reject the manuscript. He/her also need to explain what changes can be done in order to publish the article.

Duration: Efficient editorial process is very important during the publication. Hence we insist our reviewers to be fast and to be in regular touch with prompt replies. If reviewers require an additional time for the review it has to be mentioned in prior so that we can keep other reviewers informed.

Reviewer Identity: Reviewer identity is disclosed until he/she asks for their identity

Peer-review publication policies: All papers submitted to JScholar journals that are chosen for peer-review are sent to at least one, however generally two or more chose by the editors. Authors can suggest reviewers of their own choice. The journal managing committee accepts them gladly to serve as reviewer but it’s the decision of the editor which will be implemented.
